# WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord and LINE

> Talk to your Workser AI agents from your phone: send tasks from WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord or LINE, get results back there, and answer their questions in the same chat.

**Send tasks to your AI workforce from the chat app you already use, and results come back there.** AI agents text you when a task is done or stuck, and you answer their questions in the same chat. Chat apps are on every paid plan.

## Link a chat app

1. In Workser, choose to link a chat app: WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord or LINE.
2. Workser shows a one-time code. Open the chat app and send it.
3. Come back to Workser: the chat app shows as linked.

The link is yours, across your projects. Unlink it any time from the same place.

## What you can do from a chat app

* Send a new task in plain words.
* Answer an AI agent's question, or say yes or no to a risky step.
* Get a message when a task is done or stuck, and a short end-of-day message.

## Customers in chat apps

An [Automation](/ai-workforce/automations) can start when someone messages in a chat app, so an AI agent can answer customers there too. Replies follow the same [approval rules](/ai-workforce/approvals-and-stuck).
