# Your plan and account

> How to upgrade your Workser plan, add credits, find invoices, cancel, ask for the 7-day money-back guarantee, delete a project and delete your account.

**Everything about your plan is in Workser, under Settings, Plan and billing.** Only owners and admins can change the plan or billing; everyone else sees "Only owners and admins can change the plan or manage billing."

## Upgrade your plan

1. Open **Settings**, then **Plan and billing**.
2. Press **Change plan or add credits**.
3. Press **Choose** on the plan you want.

If you already pay for a plan, Workser asks you to confirm before it switches: your card on file is charged today for the rest of this month, then the new price each month. The **Team** plan asks how many people first. Plans and prices are on [Plans and credits](/ai-workforce/plans-and-credits).

To move to a smaller plan, email [support@workser.ai](mailto:support@workser.ai).

## Add credits

Open **Settings**, then **Credits and usage**, and press **Add credits**. Pick $5, $10, $25, $50 or $100, or type any whole amount from $1 to $1,000. **$1 = 100 credits.\*\* It's one payment, with no plan change. Credits you add never expire.

## Invoices and payment method

Open **Settings**, then **Plan and billing**, and press **Manage subscription**. It opens your billing page at Stripe, where you can download invoices and change your card.

**Credits and usage** shows every charge with its units and price, and your recent credit top-ups.

## Cancel your plan

Press **Manage subscription** in **Plan and billing** and cancel there. Stripe shows when your plan ends before you confirm. You can cancel any time.

## 7-day money-back guarantee

Within 7 days of your business's first plan payment, an owner or admin sees a **7-day money-back guarantee** tile in **Plan and billing**. It shows how much you'd get back: your plan price, minus the credits you used.

Press **Request refund**, then confirm. Your plan ends at once, with its remaining monthly credits and add-ons. Credits you bought stay. A business can do this once.

## Delete a project

Open **Settings**, then **General**, and press **Delete this project**. Type the project's name to confirm. Only owners and admins can do this.

Deleting a project removes its database and file storage. Its task history is kept for billing and support; email [support@workser.ai](mailto:support@workser.ai) to have it deleted too.

## Delete your account

Signed in, open [workser.ai/account/delete](https://workser.ai/account/delete), type **delete** and press **Delete my account**.

* **If you're the only person in your business,** the business is deleted with its AI agents' tasks and conversations, its projects' databases and files are removed, and its subscriptions end.
* **If other people are in your business,** you leave it and it stays with them.

Either way, your sign-in, email address and profile picture are removed. A few records, such as Activity entries, need a request: email [support@workser.ai](mailto:support@workser.ai) and we delete them within 30 days. Invoices we must keep by law stay with our payment provider. See [Data deletion](/security/data-deletion).
