Within 7 days of your first plan payment, an owner or admin can ask from Settings, Plan. Credits you used are valued at your plan's price; your plan, its credits and add-ons end. Once per business. ## Credits * 100 credits = \$1 when you pay. * Your plan's credits refresh every month; unused ones expire. * Credits you buy never expire: **1,000 credits for \$10**. * Past both, work keeps going as overage on your next bill, up to a limit. ## How charging works * **AI calls:** each model call is charged the moment it finishes, using the units the provider returns: input and output tokens. * **Infrastructure:** cloud computer and sandbox minutes, the cloud browser, phone and email are charged when each piece finishes or fails, whether it worked or not. * **Failed tasks** pay for what actually ran, no more, and their credits are not given back. * **Before and during a task:** a live meter shows the credits a task uses as it runs. Once similar tasks have finished, you also see an estimate before it starts, and a task that passes its estimate asks once whether to keep going or stop. * **Credits and usage** shows every charge with its units and price. ## Task spending limit **No single task can quietly use up your month.** A task pauses and asks you once it has used **10% of your monthly credits**: | Plan | A task pauses at | | - | - | | Free | 5 credits | | Starter | 180 credits | | Pro | 1,000 credits | You choose: * **Keep going:** it may use the same amount again, then asks again. * **Stop the Task:** it stops, and you pay only for what it already used. With no answer in 4 hours, the task stops. To set your own limit for an AI agent, open **Settings**, then **AI workforce**, press **Manage** on the AI agent and set **Credit limit per task** under Advanced. A task with its own limit stops when it reaches it, without asking. Leave it blank for the 10% pause. No plan includes free hours. ## Hosting for apps you build Apps built with [Workser Code](/code/overview) get one free hosting base on every paid plan, per organization per month: 0.5 GB database, 5 compute hours, 10 GB files, 2 GB transfer and 500 workflow runs.
