Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 and keep your sign-in secure.
  • You’re responsible for what happens under your account, including what AI agents you set up do.
  • A business can invite people as owner, admin, member or viewer. The owner manages who is in it. See Your team.

Your data and AI output

  • You own what you put into Workser and what your AI agents make.
  • Workser uses it only to run, support and improve the service for you.
  • Workser does not train models on your data or AI output for its general product or for other customers without your written consent.

AI agents act for you

AI agents take real actions: they send emails, use your apps and work on a computer. Workser adds safeguards, such as sandboxes, hidden secrets and approvals for risky steps, but AI can make mistakes. You’re responsible for:
  • reviewing what asks for your approval,
  • setting sensible limits, such as credit limits and which apps an AI agent can use,
  • what AI agents do within the access you gave them.
Don’t give an AI agent access where a mistake would cause harm you can’t accept.

What you may not do

Break the law, get around security or sandboxes, use an AI agent to reach systems you aren’t allowed to use, or resell Workser without permission. The full list is in the Acceptable Use Policy.

Billing

  • Paid plans are billed through Stripe. AI work uses credits from your business’s balance.
  • 7-day money-back guarantee: within 7 days of your business’s first plan payment, an owner or admin can ask for the plan price back, minus the credits used. It’s once per business, and the plan, its credits and add-ons then end. See Plans and credits.
  • Otherwise fees aren’t refundable, except where the law says so.
  • Price changes are announced before your next billing cycle.

Closing your account

You can stop using Workser and delete your account at any time. See Your plan and account. Workser may suspend an account that seriously breaks these Terms.

Liability and law

  • Workser and AI output come “as is”. Check AI output before you rely on it for decisions that matter.
  • Workser’s total liability is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before a claim, except where the law doesn’t allow a limit.
  • The Terms follow the laws of Thailand, with courts in Bangkok, except where the law where you live says otherwise.
