Your team - Workser Docs

Invite people by email from Settings, People. Everyone in your business sees and works in every project, with the same AI agents, Automations, Logins and Company knowledge. Nothing has to be set up twice.

Invite someone

Open Settings, then People.
Under Invite someone, type their email.
Choose what they Can do: Member, Admin or View only.
Press Invite.

If they already have a Workser account, they join at once and get an email saying they’ve been added.
If they don’t, they join when they sign up with that email.

Until then they show as Invited, with a Cancel button.

Each business has one owner, the person who created it.

Remove someone

In People, press Remove next to the person and confirm. They lose access to the business at once.

Which plan for a team

Free, Starter and Pro are priced for one person. Team is $20 per person a month (2 people minimum), with 1,800 credits per person shared by everyone, one shared task board, and AI agents, skills and connectors set up once for the whole team. See Plans and credits.
