An Automation is standing work an AI agent does without being asked. It is what makes your workforce proactive: the work happens whether or not you open Workser. When you give the same task twice, an AI agent can suggest turning it into an Automation.

How an Automation can start

Choose New automation, pick how it should start, and fill in what the AI agent should do and what a good result looks like. One Automation can start in more than one way.

Examples

  • Every morning at 8, check new orders and flag the late ones.
  • When an email arrives about delivery, answer it from our shipping policy.
  • Every Friday, turn this week’s sales sheet into a short report.
  • Before each meeting, write me a one-page brief on the people I’m meeting.

Find and manage Automations

The Automations page lists every Automation in the project. Search, filter by AI agent or how it starts, and turn each one on or off. Each AI agent’s side panel also has an Automations tab with the work it does on its own. An Automation that needs your attention, for example because a login expired, says why. Automations follow the same safety rules as any task: risky steps wait for your yes, and work is charged in credits as it runs.
